Job Description:
Build Meritto’s Learning & Capability framework from the ground up, with the freedom and ownership to design systems that enable the organization to onboard faster, adapt continuously, and execute consistently at scale.This role owns capability frameworks, learning execution, and measurable outcomes — not training programs.What you will do- Define and build end-to-end capability frameworks covering onboarding, role readiness, upskilling, and leadership development - Create scalable learning infrastructure (LMS, playbooks, SOPs, certifications, internal knowledge systems) - Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy, product evolution, and execution gaps into learning journeys - Institutionalize role-based learning paths that support re-skilling, realignment, and growth as the business evolves - Ensure structured onboarding and readiness models that reduce dependency on individuals and improve time-to-productivity - Enable managers and leaders to develop teams through clear frameworks and practical learning tools - Track and refine learning effectiveness using clear signals (readiness, adoption, execution quality)How this role operates- Bottom-up builder: designs frameworks first, then scales execution - Hands-on owner: builds, pilots, iterates - Business-led: learning priorities come from business change, not calendars - Outcome-driven: success is measured by readiness and execution consistencyWhat this role is not- A training delivery or coordination role - A soft-skills or engagement-only function - A vendor-driven L&D setup without internal ownershipWho this role is for- 8+ years in Learning & Development, Enablement, or Capability Building - Experience building learning frameworks in SaaS, Tech, Consulting, or fast-scaling organizations - Comfortable working with ambiguity, change, and senior leadership - Strong builder mindset with high ownership and execution depthWhat success looks like- New and existing teams absorb change faster and more predictably - Capability scales with growth, not individual heroics - Managers use frameworks to coach and develop teams - Learning becomes part of how Meritto executes and scales
