Senior Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:Enquiry & Call Management:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and their guardians. - Respond promptly to walk-in enquiries and provide detailed information regarding academic programs. - Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all student interactions.Counselling & Guidance:- Guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals. - Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process, including form filling and document verification.Admissions Process:- Coordinate and facilitate the student admission process from lead generation to enrollment. - Ensure all required admission and enrollment documents are completed accurately and on time. - Assist students in completing formalities related to course joining and orientation.Lead Management & Reporting:- Maintain and regularly update student lead databases with current status and follow-up actions. - Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversions and admissions.Required Qualifications and Skills:- Education: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field. - Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages; confident phone and in-person presence.
