Study Abroad Counsellor (UK / Europe / Aus / UAE)

Location: Gurugram (Work from office)Schedule: Monday - SaturdayCompensation: Fixed + VariableAs a Study Abroad Advisor, you will guide and support students through their study abroad journey. You will play a key role in helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities and ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process.If you have a passion for working with students, a knack for consulting, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:- End-to-End Student Journey: Manage a portfolio of students, including onboarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups, and ensuring their overall success. - Expert Guidance: Build a deep understanding of universities, programs, admissions processes, and eligibility requirements, including exams like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL. - Single Point of Contact: Build a strong rapport with students as their dedicated advisor for all admission-related guidance. - Application Tracking: Support students with their university applications, regularly tracking their progress and resolving queries. - Enrollment Support: Facilitate smooth enrollment in the chosen course, assisting with deposits and visa applications within deadlines. - Sales Execution: Achieve targets for applications, admissions and acceptances in line with company targets.Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in overseas education consulting. - Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a student-centric mindset. - Strong knowledge of destination countries, education systems, application processes and university requirements. - Completed Bachelor's degree in business, management, psychology or related field. - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking). - Strong multitasking and capability of working under tight deadlines. - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plusWhy work with AdmitX?- High potential for growth within the company with end-to-end ownership - Competitive remuneration and perks - Upskilling opportunities on the job - Work as part of a young team across domains in a modern office in Gurugram. - Cultivate an execution mindset, with huge emphasis on delivering results.
