Designation -Sr. FP&A LeadLocation - Mathura Rd, Faridabad, HaryanaWorking Days - 5 Days (Work from Office).Exp-10-12 YrsQualifications- Chartered Accountant(CA)Primary Job PurposeThe Senior FP&A Lead acts as the finance business partner for the DB&I Business Unit and IBT Middle East, with end-to-end responsibility for financial planning, performance management, cash oversight, and decision support across all clusters, supporting leadership in driving profitability, cash generation, and strategic executionKey Responsibilities-Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and mid-term financial planning across all clustersDevelop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decisionsOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the Business Unit, delivering clear variance analysis and forward-looking insightsDefine, monitor, and challenge financial and operational KPIs at BU and cluster levelIdentify and drive margin, cost, and productivity improvement initiatives with business leadersLead and animate cash committees; drive working capital optimization (DSO, WIP, unbilled revenue, payables) and cash risk mitigationAct as a trusted finance advisor to BU, cluster, and project leadershipProvide financial analysis and challenge for bids, tenders, project reviews, and investment decisionsPartner closely with PMOs and Project Managers to improve project financial performance and predictabilityCollaborate with Group Finance, Regional Finance, and IT to enhance ERP usage, reporting automation, and BI toolsEnsure timely, accurate financial information in compliance with IFRS and local regulationsSupport tax planning, transfer pricing documentation, and compliance in coordination with Group TaxAct as the FP&A reference point for clusters, providing functional guidance and contributing to building capability within financeMinimum 10 years of relevant experience.Should have strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS, accounting standards and ability to keep himself/herself abreast with latest taxation laws.
