Role OverviewPark+ is seeking an experienced Team Lead/Manager – Motor Insurance (Tele Sales) to lead and scale the car (4-wheeler) insurance telesales function. The role involves managing a high-performing sales team, driving conversions, ensuring process discipline, and delivering consistent revenue growth in a fast-paced B2C environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Performance- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of motor insurance telesales executives - Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - Monitor individual and team performance metrics (conversion, productivity, talk time, revenue) - Conduct regular coaching, call audits, and feedback sessionsSales & Revenue Ownership- Drive sales of car / 4-wheeler motor insurance products (new & renewal) - Ensure strong pitch quality, objection handling, and closure rates - Own team-level revenue delivery and funnel performanceProcess, Quality & Compliance- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies - Maintain high call quality, script adherence, and customer experience standards - Coordinate with QA teams to improve sales effectivenessReporting & MIS- Track daily MIS, dashboards, and sales reports - Ensure CRM hygiene with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and closures - Share actionable insights with senior stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Product, Ops, QA, and Tech teams to resolve issues - Support new initiatives, campaigns, and process improvementsExperience & Eligibility- 5–8 years of experience in motor insurance telesales - Minimum 2–3 years of team handling / people management experience - Strong experience in car (4-wheeler) insurance sales - Exposure to B2C call center sales environmentsRequired Skills- Strong leadership and team management skills - Deep understanding of car motor insurance products, add-ons, and renewals - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities - Data-driven mindset with experience in MIS and CRM tools - Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced setupWhat Park+ Offers- Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives - High ownership leadership role - Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling consumer-tech brand
