Ensure our core values of innovation, transparency, and data-driven impact are reflected in every hire and every meeting. - Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead the charge in hiring top-tier talent across Engineering, Product, and Creator Growth. You’ll move beyond traditional recruiting to build a magnetic employer brand. - Employee Experience & Retention: Own the end-to-end employee journey—from a "wow" onboarding experience to continuous professional development. - Performance & Growth: Implement a high-performance framework that isn't just about KPIs, but about "Flourishing."
