You’ll review reports, enforce SOPs, coach screeners, and ensure that every scheduled screening runs on time and at the expected quality bar.What you’ll do Ensure that all scheduled screenings for IT recruitment run on time with minimal no-shows or process misses Flag weak profiles and raise alerts before screenings Review transcripts and feedback reports for accuracy and completeness Give structured feedback to screeners and vendors based on evidence Maintain daily screener capacity and shift planning Hire, train, and fire screeners based on screening load and performance Prepare recommendations for or against candidates based on assessmentsWhat we’re looking for 2–3 years of experience in screening ops, BPO QA, TA coordination, or recruitment backend Strong follow-up discipline — nothing falls through the cracks Clear judgment on candidate and screener quality Comfortable reviewing transcripts, reports, and objective test scores Strong with Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable or similar tools Comfortable giving direct feedback and escalating when needed Work from officeOpportunity to grow in a fast paced next generation AI-endabled Recruitment and Staffing business
