Dear candidate,we have a requirement for Voice & Accent trainer for gurgaon location .Interested candidates can share CV's on [email protected] & responsibilities- Location:Gurgaon - Relevant exp - 6-9 yrs. in V&A - Work mode: Onsite - Hiring mode-Contractual - Working days-Mon to Fri - Timings- Australian Shift expected to start at 5/5:30am till 3/3:30pm. All 5 days work from office - Commercials-5-9 Lac P.A(Depending on exp)JDAs a V&A Trainer, you will be conducting English Language sessions, Soft skills session in Business context and Train New Hires on Communication skills and provide floor support to enhance their performanceKey responsibilities would be:• Auditing calls/Emails and sharing feedback on CTQ parameters to improve customer experience• Conduct formal Sessions to help front line agents become better with language and soft skills• Attending client calls and presenting performance where applicable• Attending reviews to share weekly results and achievements• Understanding the training needs for your accounts and coming up with appropriate action plans• Training New Hires on Communication skills (along with the process trainer, using business context and examples)• Good understanding of the process and processing steps, to be able to coach and trainer employees using examples from the business• Coaching the bottom quartile and showing an improvement in call & email quality• Well versed in Soft Skill & V&A and training methodologiesDesired Skills and Experience• Proven Presentation Skills. Well versed with PPT and MS Office in general• Excellent communication skills• Must have ability to work with a team• Open to work in shifts• Should be able to handle pressure situations and willingness to learn• Know about training delivery and feedback techniques on communicative skills and soft skillsPreferences• Someone who wears smile on the face and contributes towards positivity in the team• Great confidence and a strong go getter• Someone who can be a role-model for the team in terms of personality development• Inspire people with his own utilization of soft skills• Someone who can make learning fun for employees
