Responsibilities:Assist customers with travel-related queries via phone/email/chat for domestic airline services. Provide accurate information on bookings, cancellations, and flight updates. Ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.Requirements:Qualification: Undergraduates or Graduates (Freshers can apply). Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written). Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling). Age: 18-28 years preferred; ability to work in rotational shifts.
