Gemstone Lead

Astrotalk Store is looking for a Gemstone Lead to own and scale our gemstone category from an execution and leadership standpoint. This role is ideal for someone who has led teams in a fast-paced D2C environment and can build strong processes, vendors, and execution systems (gemstone knowledge can be learned on the job).What You’ll Do:1. Own end-to-end execution of the gemstone category in a high-volume D2C setup2. Lead, mentor, and manage the gemstone operations and execution team3. Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and drive accountability4. Build and optimise SOPs, workflows, and operating rhythms for scale5. Work closely with growth and category teams to support campaigns and launches.6. Track KPIs, productivity metrics, TATs, and quality benchmarks7. Identify bottlenecks and solve operational issues proactively8. Drive continuous improvement in speed, cost, and execution quality.Who are you:1. 2+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or fast-paced consumer startups2. Proven experience in leading and scaling operational teams3. Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage complexity4. Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics5. High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in ambiguity6.
