We further plan to scale up our existing facilities and also expand into few more geographical areas.Medanta is constantly growing including launch of 'out-of-hospital' divisions which are comprehensive homecare services, pathology and pharmacy.Location : GurgaonWork Days : 6 days (Work from Office)Job Purpose:To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer SatisfactionKey Responsibilities :- Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home) - Handling customer complaints and follow-ups - Handling calls — both inbound and outbound - Having knowledge of Home Care Services - Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services. - Home Care operations assigned by supervisorDesired Skills :- Good communication skills — both verbal and written - Great interpersonal skills and team work ability - Good analytical skills and quick thinking - Dedication and passion to meet and exceed customer expectations — both internal and external - Positive, pro-active, motivated with “can-do” attitudeQualifications:2+ years of experience in healthcare/service industry/BPO
