We are committed to strengthening the design of programs and interventions by conducting needs assessments, formative research, and monitoring and evaluation studies.Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as Partnerships Associate at Outline India in Gurugram.The objective of the role entails creating and managing collaborations. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach initiatives along with helping build potential partnerships. Delivering an organizational pitch to stakeholders, and sector leaders and representing Outline India at conferences and meetings are some of the core responsibilities.Responsibilities:- Creating and delivering a pitch to other stakeholders for a potential partnership. - Identify channels and platforms for forging the collaborations - Attending conferences, seminars, Leadership Meets for networking - Working closely with the founder and senior leadership towards strategic planning - Inter-department communication/collaboration with the research team to achieve project goals - Managing communications department for outreach initiatives like the NL, social media content, website work etc - Extending support to teams toward proposal submissionsEligibility Criteria:Essential:- Relevant graduate degree preferably Mass Communication, Journalism, Social Media Marketing, Business Development - Proficiency in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - 3+ years of experience pitching to partners/ clients, maintaining and nurturing partner relationships.Desired:- Basic knowledge of the Indian development sector. - Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, design skills in Canva or similar applications is a bonus
