Job Title: Influencer Sourcing Associate (Entry Level)Location:GurgaonExperience: 0–1 yearAbout the RolePlanetSpark is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Influencer Sourcing Associate to support our marketing team. This role is focused solely on sourcing influencers, identifying the right profiles, and sharing them with the internal marketing team for further evaluation.Key Responsibilities- Identify and source potential influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and across multiple geographies such as India, Middle East and the US. - Research influencers based on criteria like niche, follower count, engagement rate, and audience relevance. - Build and maintain a targeted influencer database. - Evaluate influencer profiles at a basic level (engagement, content quality, audience type). - Share qualified leads with the marketing team for next steps. - Track sourcing status and maintain daily/weekly reports.Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent execution skills.
