The Project Manager will oversee complete execution of projects and managing site engineer, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to budget constraints. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors, managing project schedules and logistics, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with project standards. The role also requires problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges effectively.Qualifications- Experience in Project Management with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor progress effectively - Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and services - Strong skills in Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications - Expertise in Logistics Management for efficient coordination of resources and scheduling - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders - Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
