The Senior Program Manager will oversee the successful design, implementation, and execution of various programs . The role includes coordinating with teams, stakeholders, and clients; managing budgets; setting project goals; monitoring timelines; preparing status reports; and ensuring program outcomes align with organizational objectives. Additionally, the individual will lead program evaluations and contribute to strategic initiatives for continuous innovation and efficiency.Qualifications- Strong project management and program implementation skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation - Leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop high-performing teams - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building abilities - Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a results-driven approach - Proficiency in using relevant project management tools and software - Experience in managing multi-city or multi-stakeholder projects is an advantage - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability
