The Customer Excellence Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving client queries.Key Responsibilities: Handlereal-time on-trip queriesfrom customers. Manage escalationsefficiently and ensure timely resolutions. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providersto resolve urgent issues. Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement.Qualifications: 1-2 yrs in proven expertise in Customer Satisfactionand Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining high-quality service standards. Good Analytical Skills for identifying patterns, solving customer issues, and providing actionable insights for service improvements.
