KRA – 3D VisualizerKey Responsibilities:- Create high-quality 3D models & photorealistic renders for luxury residential architecture and interiors. - Convert conceptual sketches, mood boards, and parametric ideas into accurate visual outputs. - Collaborate closely with the design lead to refine concepts and support design development. - Deliver draft and final renders, walkthroughs, 360° views, and presentation-ready visuals. - Incorporate revisions quickly and maintain Nema’s visual and detailing standards. - Coordinate with CAD and architecture teams to ensure dimensionally correct visuals. - Support marketing and client presentations with render sheets, animations, and visuals. - Maintain a structured library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and furniture models. - Ensure timely delivery across multiple projects and provide daily work updates.KPIs: Quality of renders, turnaround time, revision efficiency, design alignment, and contribution to client approvals.
