We are currently looking for a Data Mapping Intern to join our growing team and contribute to our automotive data and analytics projects.Key Responsibilities:- Perform accurate data mapping and validation for vehicle-related datasets. - Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for data comparison, cleaning, and mapping using functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, and Pivot Tables. - Identify and match vehicle makes and models across different datasets for all segments — primarily two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and commercial vehicles. - Maintain and update a repository of vehicle specifications, including engine cubic capacity (CC), fuel type (Petrol/Diesel/EV), and seating capacity. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of mapped data. - Assist in data quality checks and ensure adherence to project timelines. - Support motor insurance data mapping initiatives and related projects.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Science, or Engineering). - Proficiency in MS Excel and understanding of key functions (especially VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning tools). - Strong knowledge of Indian vehicle makes and models across all major segments. - Basic understanding of vehicle specifications and terminology. - Exposure to or understanding of Motor Insurance processes is desirable. - Good analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with motor dealerships or insurance handling will be an added advantage.Desirable Background:- Candidates currently working in or with prior experience in automotive dealerships, insurance renewal desks, or motor data handling are preferred.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work in the automotive data domain with a reputed IT company. - Exposure to data analytics and digital insurance ecosystems. - Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
