We have three marquee nutrition brands – MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals & Gritzo - which are leaders in their respective segments and follow an omni-channel distribution strategy.About the Role:We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic and thoughtful Assistant Manager- Founder’s Office to work closely with the leadership team. This role requires a mix of problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and execution skills to drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, using these tools to present data-driven insights effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data from various sources to generate reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights to the leadership team. Present findings in a clear and concise manner. - Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, scenario planning, and investment opportunities. Ensure accuracy and integrity of the models by incorporating relevant data and updating assumptions as needed. - Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasting processes. Track actual performance against budget and provide insightful analysis on variances. - Communication and Collaboration: Communicate financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations effectively to the leadership team, influencing strategic discussions and supporting key business initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectivesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Eco (Hons), (Hons) and 3+ years of work experience is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling - Solid understanding of financial statements, key financial metrics, and financial analysis techniques - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner - Proactive and self-motivated individuals who can work both independently and collaboratively - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in financial analysis, forecasting or strategic planning is preferred - Knowledge of the sports nutrition or consumer goods industry is a plusJoin our team and be part of an organization that is passionate about promoting health and wellness through high-quality nutrition products.
