Overview: We are looking for aCustomer Care Specialistto join our team supporting theIndian market , responsible for providing world-class customer service and support to our clients in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate must have prior experience inautomotive customer care (car or motorcycle)and be passionate about delivering high-quality service. This role involves direct interaction with customers through various communication channels and working in alignment with the company’s customer-first philosophy.Key Responsibilities: Support customers viacalls, emails, social media , and other assigned channels. Resolve inquiries and complaints per company policy. Transfer sales leads and special cases to relevant departments. Conductcustomer satisfaction surveysand collect feedback. Participate incare campaigns(recall, loyalty, promotions, etc.). Report customer feedback and suggest improvements. Comply with company culture, processes, and assigned tasks.Requirements: 3+ year of experience in automotive customer service (car or motorcycle) Fluent in English Willing to work shifts Bachelor degree or higher Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer care skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
