Job Description: Assistant Manager - LinkedIn Ads & ABMLocation: Gurgaon Department: Performance Marketing / Growth Apply: Immediate Joiner Only Experience: 3-5 years We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to own, strategize, and execute our LinkedIn Advertising and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. You will be the in-house expert responsible for building targeted campaigns that engage our most valuable accounts, generate high-intent leads, and contribute directly to our sales pipeline and revenue goals. This is a hands-on role with significant strategic impact. Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Advertising Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize end-to-end LinkedIn advertising campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, Dynamic Ads) to achieve lead generation and awareness objectives. Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and CRM data to build hyper-targeted audience lists. Own the campaign budgeting process, daily bid management, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to create high-converting visual assets tailored for a B2B audience. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Leadership: Design and implement multi-channel ABM strategies focused on engaging key target accounts. Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to identify and prioritize target account lists (TALs). Develop and execute integrated ABM campaigns that combine LinkedIn ads with email sequencing, content personalization, and retargeting. Utilize ABM platforms (e.g., Terminus, Demandbase, 6sense) or native tools to orchestrate and measure account-based initiatives. Analysis, Reporting, and Optimization: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance daily using LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates. Measure and report on ABM-specific metrics like account engagement, pipeline influence, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Qualifications & Required Skills: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically in managing B2B LinkedIn advertising campaigns. Proven experience with ABM strategy is essential. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong familiarity with Sales Navigator for audience building and research. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred). Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) is a plus.
