This role is pivotal in protecting project margins, ensuring on-time material availability at site, and building a resilient, audited vendor network for FocusOn's national project portfolio.▍ Key Responsibilities• Strategic Sourcing — Develop and execute category-wise procurement strategies across interior trade packages including civil, MEP, HVAC, carpentry, modular furniture, flooring, ceiling, glazing, loose furniture, and FF&E.• Vendor Development — Identify, onboard, and empanel qualified vendors across Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Mumbai, and Prayagraj; maintain a rated vendor database with commercial, technical, and delivery performance scorecards.• BOQ & Rate Analysis — Review project BOQs for completeness and commercial accuracy; conduct market rate analysis and cross-city rate benchmarking; drive cost savings through negotiation, bulk orders, and alternative material proposals.• Negotiation & Purchase Orders — Lead commercial negotiations with OEMs, dealers, and subcontractors; finalize PO terms covering price, payment, delivery, warranty, and liquidated damages; ensure PO issuance aligned to project cash flow plans.• Material Approval & TDS Tracking — Coordinate with design, PMC, and client teams for Material Approval Requests (MARs), technical data sheet submissions, and sample approvals; maintain live trackers for approval status and delivery dates.• Logistics & Delivery — Coordinate dispatch schedules, inter-city freight, and site-level material receipt; resolve short-supply, damage, and quality deviations with vendors.• Team Management — Supervise Procurement Executives, Purchase Officers, and site-level stores staff; set weekly procurement priorities aligned to the project schedule.• Compliance & Audit — Ensure all procurement activity complies with internal SOPs, GST, e-invoicing, MSME, and statutory requirements; maintain documentation for client audits and project handover.• Reporting — Publish weekly procurement dashboards covering PO status, material delivery tracker, pending approvals, variance-to-budget, and vendor performance to the Project Director and CEO.• Vendor Relationship Management — Conduct quarterly vendor reviews; negotiate annual rate contracts for recurring categories; drive long-term partnerships with strategic vendors.▍ Required Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent. MBA in Supply Chain / Operations is a strong plus.• 5 – 7 years of progressive procurement experience within the interior fit-out, turnkey contracting, or commercial interiors industry — this is mandatory and non-negotiable.• Demonstrated ownership of procurement for projects above ₹5 crore in value, ideally across multiple simultaneous sites.• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings through negotiation and alternative sourcing.▍ Key Skills & Competencies• Deep working knowledge of interior fit-out materials — laminates, veneers, modular partitions, raised flooring, false ceilings, lighting fixtures, HVAC components, loose furniture, and glazing systems.• Strong vendor network across North India and at least one other region (West or South).• Fluency with BOQ reading, rate analysis, and contract commercial terms.• Hands-on proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups), ERP / procurement software, and project tracking tools.• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work under tight project deadlines with multiple concurrent priorities. Position 2 — Procurement ExecutiveDesignation - Procurement ExecutiveDepartment - Procurement & Supply ChainReporting To - Procurement ManagerLocation - Delhi (HO) — with project-site visits as requiredExperience - 5 – 7 years (Interior Fit-Out industry mandatory)Employment Type - Full-time, On-siteCTC - Commensurate with experience and industry benchmarks▍ Role PurposeThe Procurement Executive is the operational engine of the procurement function — responsible for hands-on execution of sourcing, PO raising, vendor follow-ups, and material delivery tracking for live projects. The role demands strong attention to detail, speed of execution, and the ability to coordinate tightly with site teams, vendors, and finance.▍ Key Responsibilities• RFQ & Quotation Management — Issue Request for Quotations to empanelled vendors; collate, compare, and structure quotations into comparison sheets for the Procurement Manager's review.• Rate Analysis Support — Support BOQ rate filling and cross-city benchmarking; maintain a live market rate library for commonly sourced categories.• Purchase Order Processing — Draft and process Purchase Orders in the approved format; verify quantities, rates, taxes, and delivery terms before release; maintain serial-numbered PO registers.• Material Approval Coordination — Compile MAR (Material Approval Request) and SAR (Sample Approval Request) documents with vendor-submitted TDS, brochures, and samples; follow up with design and PMC teams for sign-offs.• Vendor Follow-up & Delivery Tracking — Maintain Material Delivery Date trackers; follow up daily with vendors on dispatch, transit, and site delivery; escalate delays to the Procurement Manager.• Invoice & GRN Coordination — Match vendor invoices against POs and Goods Receipt Notes; coordinate with site stores and finance for payment release within approved credit terms.• Vendor Database Maintenance — Maintain the vendor master with updated contact, GST, MSME, bank, and rate-contract data; onboard new vendors through the KYC and empanelment process.• Site Coordination — Visit project sites as required for vendor onboarding, material inspection, or delivery resolution; liaise with Site Engineers on stores records and material consumption.• Documentation & Filing — Maintain complete procurement records — quotations, approvals, POs, invoices, delivery challans — in both digital (drive) and physical form for every project.• Reporting Support — Prepare weekly procurement status updates, pending-approval lists, and overdue-PO reports for the Procurement Manager.▍ Required Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent.
