About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conversion Specialist – UK to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling for the UK, in-depth knowledge of the Russell Group universities, and the ability to guide students effectively on admissions, placements, and scholarships. This role is pivotal in driving conversions, training counsellors, and ensuring effective case management.Key Responsibilities • Handle offer holders and drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities. • Guide students with accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities. • Coordinate with counsellors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well- informed about UK higher education trends. • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities. • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management. • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalized guidance. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK. • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements. • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities. • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment. • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills. • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.What We Offer • A dynamic and growth-oriented work environment. • Opportunity to make a real impact on students’ academic and professional journeys. • Continuous professional development and learning opportunities.
