This role supports the day-to-day operations of TRIRIGA, McDonald’s global lease management system. The Specialist assists with data entry validation, system configuration, and testing activities to ensure lease data is accurate and aligned with global standards. This position reports to the Supervisor, Financial Systems – TRIRIGA and plays a key role in supporting system users across markets. The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of TRIRIGA system enhancements and updates. Assist in gathering and documenting technical requirements for lease data workflows. Provide support for user acceptance testing and configuration activities. Validate lease data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with global standards. Collaborate with market users to resolve data issues and provide guidance on system usage. Maintain documentation and support materials for TRIRIGA users. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to lease data quality and system performance. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Certifications in TRIRIGA or lease systems are a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance systems or data governance English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4) Basic understanding of lease management and system workflows Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Effective communicator with ability to support non-finance users Experience supporting system testing and documentation Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues appropriately
