In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of Australian home loan settlements. You will coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and clients to manage settlement requirements and deliver a seamless end-to-end process.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with lenders to ensure timely settlements and fulfil post-approval conditions (e.g., payout figures, insurance)Coordinate accurate settlement instructions with solicitorsCommunicate with stakeholders (including SMSF agencies) to ensure process transparencyUpdate clients on settlement progress and address queries promptlyManage settlement documentation and ensure all parties are alignedDeliver timely, compliant, and accurate settlement completions in a high-volume environmentKey Skills & Qualities:Previous experience with an Australian mortgage broker or bankStrong grasp of home loan compliance and application workflowsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organisational abilitiesProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Infinity, Apply Online, and HubSpotAbility to think critically and work independentlyWillingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)Willingness to provide an NBI clearanceTechnical Requirements:Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+256GB Storage space - minimum8-16GB RAM - minimumDual Core CPU - minimumCamera: HD Webcam (720p)Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumAbout UsOutsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
