Requirement:• 7 plus years of experience in Concur implementation and maintenance and support project experience• Ability to prioritize workload, strong technical, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills• Certified in Concur Admin.• Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term support objectives• Must be a team player with strong customer service skills Responsibilities:• Work on Concur expense issues related to exceptions and warnings e.g. user getting an exception due to incorrect expense entry, address user queries regarding expense functionality, request to add new locations or vendors.• Setup expense for new countries in Concur.• Work on Concur integration with SAP FI• Create new reports or modify existing reports in Cognos.• Work on adhoc request for Attendee import using delivered template. • Work on adhoc request for payment confirmation import using delivered template.• Create or modify audit rules based on business requirement.• Guide users on basic expense functionalities like itemization, adding new attendees, split expense charge using itemization feature.• Schedule reports using Cognos.• Coordinate with Concur Global support regarding application downtime or system issues.Pay Rate: Up to $20/hour USD. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
