Senior Financial Planning Manager

We have urgent requirement for leading MNC for Gurgaon. Financial Modelling exp of global market is mandatory.Job PurposeLead corporate financial planning and reporting for Unifi, supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting in a fast-paced, global environment.Key Responsibilities- Lead the Corporate Finance Planning (FP&A) function for Unifi - Own corporate reporting for internal management and senior leadership - Develop, maintain, and enhance long-range financial and corporate models - Support operating budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial analysis - Deliver monthly financial analysis including functional spend and initiative impact - Support strategic planning, annual planning, and forecasting cycles - Ensure consistency and high-quality financial s - support to corporate functions - Consolidate, validate, and reconcile data across ERP and OneStream systems - Manage data loads, rollups, and verification for corporate consolidation - Perform monthly legal-structure reconciliations between ERP and OneStream - Support cash flow forecasting and long-term cash planning across entities - Collaborate cross-functionally with Business and Finance teams in the US and IndiaQualifications & Experience- CA and/or MBA from a reputed institution - 14 years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or accounting - Experience in MNCs or top-tier consulting firms preferred - Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Hands-on experience with financial modeling and analytical tools - Working knowledge of Power BI, databases, SQL, and advanced modeling - Strong data visualization and presentation skillsOther Requirements- High-energy, agile professional comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data - Open to travel to the US and work closely with global teamsIf you are interested, please share your CV - manisha@
