Purchasing Manager

Position: Purchase ManagerExperience: 5–10 yearsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager responsible for procurement and inventory management of CCTV systems, GPS devices, laptops, sensors, and electronic hardware. The candidate must have direct OEM working experience, strong vendor negotiation skills, and hands-on expertise in inventory planning and control.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & OEM ManagementManage end-to-end procurement of CCTV, GPS devices, laptops, sensors, and accessoriesLiaise directly with OEMs, manufacturers, and authorized distributorsNegotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, warranties, and payment termsEvaluate and onboard vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and serviceTrack market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product launchesInventory ManagementPlan and control inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstockingMonitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels for all productsEnsure accurate inventory records including serial numbers, IMEI, and batch trackingCoordinate with warehouse teams for stock inward, outward, and physical verificationConduct regular inventory audits and reconciliationsManage aging stock, slow-moving items, and obsolete inventoryEnsure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicableCoordination & ComplianceWork closely with projects, operations, finance, and technical teams for demand forecastingEnsure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirementsHandle warranty claims, RMAs, and replacements with OEMsManage logistics coordination and timely material availabilityRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of CCTV, GPS, laptops, sensors, and electronic hardwareProven experience in direct OEM procurementHands-on experience in inventory planning, control, and auditsProficiency in ERP systems, inventory tools, and MS ExcelExcellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skillsAbility to manage high-value and serialized inventoryQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Electronics / Supply Chain / Management5–10 years of relevant experience in technology hardware procurement & inventoryDirect OEM interaction experience is mandatoryPreferred ExperienceExposure to IoT, surveillance, telematics, or automation industriesExperience handling bulk procurement and multi-location inventoryKnowledge of import/export and compliance standards.We are looking for Immidaite joiniers interested candidates can call on 9971213123 or share cv on khushboo.garg@
