Responsibilities:- Preparing the incentive payout for internal employees on monthly basis with 100% accuracy. - Provide provision on monthly basis and work on adhoc simulations. - Design Incentive structure and maintain tracker for incentive policies. - Identify the opportunities to optimize the cost - Evaluation of Sales, Collection , operations contest proposal - Analysis the metrics of incentive and interact with stakeholders to drive the levers - Automation of reports in BI /Excel - Manage preparation of various ad-hoc requests received from Senior Management, key business partners, or other corporate areas - Assist in creating FP&A reporting metrics to support budgeting process - Monitor and deliver on agreed service level metrics
