Job Description:
System Configuration & Support- Lead SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancements aligned with business requirements in areas such as: - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Taxation - Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Product Costing (CO-PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) - Maintain and support integration between FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, PS). - Resolve system issues, manage change requests, and ensure SAP FICO stability and performance.Core Competencies- Strong business process understanding (finance + operations) - Analytical and problem-solving mindset - Effective communication and stakeholder management - Ability to work cross-functionally in complex, multi-business environments - Focus on system optimization and continuous improvementPreferred Tools / Technologies- SAP S/4HANA FICO - SAP FIORI - Power BI / SAP Analytics Cloud - Integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules - Basic understanding of RPA or automation tools (advantage)Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems. - 8–12 years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support, preferably within the energy, utilities, or manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of finance and controlling processes in power generation and manufacturing environments. - Hands-on experience in product costing, asset accounting, and project system (PS) integration. - Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory reporting requirements in SAP. - SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance preferred.
