Position: Data Analyst- Directors OfficeLocation: Gurugram️ Working Days: Monday-Saturday (Saturdays WFH)⏰ Work Timings: 10AM - 7PMExperience Required: 1-5 yearsJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst, preferably someone who has a strong foundation in data analysis along with exposure to operations, process setup, and SOP creation. The ideal candidate should be confident working with numbers, comfortable deriving insights from data, and highly proficient in MS Excel.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze operational and business data to generate actionable insights. - Build and streamline processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries using Excel and other analytical tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision- making. - Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements.Requirements:- 1–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, operations, or process management. - Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, pivots, etc.). - Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Experience in creating SOPs or setting up processes is a plus.
