The role involves assisting in daily operational activities, contributing to project management, and ensuring efficient processes within the organization. Responsibilities include data analysis, coordinating with various teams, supporting customer service operations, and streamlining workflows. This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility of some work from home.Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills to gather, interpret, and evaluate data effectively - Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management methodologies - Excellent Communication abilities for cross-team collaboration - Exceptional Customer Service skills to support client requirements - Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field is preferred
