Senior Quantitative Researcher – Join a High-Impact Trading TeamOur client is looking for an exceptional Senior Quantitative Researcher to join a high-performance team developing next-generation trading systems and driving research innovation across global markets.Key Responsibilities- Design, refine, and optimize quantitative trading strategies using proprietary platforms. - Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify patterns, insights, and alpha opportunities. - Collaborate closely with traders and engineers to enhance strategy efficiency and execution. - Develop predictive models for market behavior and price dynamics. - Mentor and guide junior researchers and interns, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.Ideal Profile- 2–5 years of experience in quantitative research or a related field. - Strong programming skills in C++ or C, with familiarity in Python and Linux environments. - Solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering from a top-tier institution. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills. - Experience in high-frequency trading or fast-paced startup environments is a plus. - Self-driven, intellectually curious, and highly collaborative.
