The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.Contract Duration: 3 to 6 monthsKey Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams (creative, strategy, production). - Understand and interpret client briefs, ensuring clear communication and effective execution. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns from concept to delivery. - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. - Prepare and present campaign reports, status updates, and performance evaluations. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - Support in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.What We’re Looking For:- 1–10 years of relevant experience in Account Management / Client Servicing. - Strong understanding of advertising processes and campaign management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a problem-solving attitude. - Must be available to work from the Gurgaon office. - Immediate joiners preferred.
