We’re Hiring – Quality Analyst || Technical Process || Gurgaon- Process: Technical SupportWhat You’ll Do:- Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure service excellence & process adherence- Identify training opportunities and provide actionable feedback- Conduct performance audits and RCA for quality deviations- Prepare detailed weekly & monthly quality reports- Collaborate with operations & training teams to improve customer journeyWhat We’re Looking For:- Minimum 1–3 years of QA experience in a technical process (Voice/Non-Voice)- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills- Excellent communication & soft skills- Knowledge of QA tools, quality frameworks & calibration processes- Ready to work in rotational shifts & week offs
