We’re Hiring: Design & Planning Lead – Stainless Academy (Jindal Stainless Limited)Jindal Stainless Limited is setting up the Stainless Academy to build world-class capability for the stainless steel ecosystem. We are looking for a seasoned learning & development leader to drive the design, planning, and excellence of all Academic & Skill Development programs.Role: Design & Planning Lead – Stainless AcademyPurpose of the RoleLead the end-to-end design and planning of academic and skill development programs aligned to JSL’s business priorities. This role demands strong expertise in training design, curriculum development, faculty capability building, and ecosystem alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Design- Lead identification & prioritisation of training needs based on business requirements. - Develop SoPs, templates, and guidelines for program design (TNA, pilot testing, etc.). - Create qualification packs & micro-credentials for various stainless steel grades and applications. - Oversee curriculum & content creation; ensure quality, relevance, and periodic updates. - Build assessment methodologies aligned with NCVET norms.Program Planning- Drive pilot trials for new programs and refine design based on feedback. - Oversee budgeting, risk management, and rollout planning. - Lead ToT and faculty capability-building initiatives including material creation. - Collaborate with the Ecosystem Development team for partner selection.What We’re Looking ForEducation:- Essential: Postgraduate in any field - Desirable: MBAWork Experience:- 15–18 years of experience in L&D, Education, Skill Development, Training Design, or Corporate Academies. - Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering capacity-building programs. - Experience in metallurgy or related industry is an added advantage.Key CompetenciesBehavioural:- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Strong business acumen - Critical thinking and problem-solving - Project management & coordination excellence - High attention to detailWhy Join Us?At Stainless Academy, you’ll shape the future of capability building in India’s stainless steel sector and contribute to a high-impact national skilling vision.
