Job Description: Business Analyst (Cargo Domain)Experience:5+ YearsLocation: RemoteJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in airline cargo operations, airmail processes, and transport management systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, workflow documentation, and supporting end-to-end cargo/airmail solutions in fast-paced IT environments.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Requirements- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cargo, airmail, and logistics stakeholders. - Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and wireframes. - Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and recommend effective solutions. - Support product owners and development teams in understanding cargo domain requirements.Cargo Operations Expertise- Work closely with airline cargo teams on export, import, airmail processes, postal AWB, and ICS2 reporting. - Analyze and document ground handling workflows, warehouse processes, and terminal operations. - Support operational teams in implementing new cargo or TMS functionalities.Project Coordination & Implementation Support- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of cargo management features. - Assist in project planning, status monitoring, and coordination with business and IT stakeholders. - Participate in UAT planning, test case creation, functional testing, and customer validation sessions. - Provide support during application rollout, training sessions, and post-go-live stabilization.Process Mapping & Documentation- Prepare process maps, business flow diagrams, and functional documentation using industry-standard tools. - Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking and decision-making support. - Maintain backlog items, change requests, and project documentation in tools like Redmine/Trello.About IGT Solutions:IGT Solutions is a next-gen customer experience (CX) company, defining and delivering transformative experiences for the global and most innovative brands using digital technologies.
