This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.Key Responsibilities:-● Doctor Coordination: Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospitalarrival.● Doctor Operations: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.● Doctor Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors.● Doctor Counselling: Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.● Doctor Payouts: Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.● Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between the PCS and doctor teams, ensuring effectiveinformation exchange.Skills we seek:-● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills● Ability to manage recruitment processes effectively● Professionalism, patience, and attention to detail● Basic proficiency in computer tools (emails, spreadsheets)About HexaHealth:-At HexaHealth, we are building a platform that will help users choose the right hospital/surgeon for their surgical procedure.
