This role acts as a strategic finance partner, driving insights and enabling strong financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AOP, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.Build and maintain detailed financial models.Analyze revenue, margins, deal pipelines, client-level metrics, and project costing.Partner with sales & delivery teams for pricing and commercial decisions.Deliver monthly dashboards, variance analysis, and board presentations.Support ROI assessments for new initiatives and strategic investments.Strengthen FP&A processes, governance, automation, and reporting.Skills & Experience RequiredStrong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics.Deep understanding of IT services metrics: utilization, project costing, rate cards, revenue models.Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan) is a plus.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Preferred BackgroundFP&A / Corporate Finance experience in IT services or project-based businesses.Exposure to global operations and multi-currency reporting environments.⭐ Why Join Us?This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership, influence strategic decisions, and directly contribute to shaping Incedo’s financial future.Interested candidates can apply by sharing their CVs at anshika.arora@
