About the CompanySGT University is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR to lead HR operations and support the institution’s mission of academic excellence.About the RoleThe Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals.Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations - Lead faculty and staff recruitment in coordination with Deans and Department Heads - Frame, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks - Drive employee engagement, training, and L&D programs - Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRMS data - Handle employee grievances and promote a productive work culture - Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational developmentQualifications- MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management - 10–15 years of HR experience with mandatory exposure to the Education IndustryRequired Skills- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with HRMS and modern HR tools - Must have prior experience in the Education Industry (University / College / EdTech)Preferred Skills- Experience in strategic HR planning - Knowledge of compliance frameworks
