Group Operations Manager

This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of corporate travel processes, supplier management, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management• Oversee daily operations for corporate travel bookingsSet performance goals and monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, client satisfaction, and cost efficiencywill lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the corporate travel division, ensuring seamless service delivery to corporate clients, optimizing operational efficiency, managing travel consultants and team leads, and maintaining high standards of client satisfactionQualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree or related field (MBA preferred).• 5–10 years of experience in corporate travel operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or Deputy Manager role.• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) and online booking tools
