We work across multiple asset classes — residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, hospitality, solar, data-centre, and experiential entertainment — combining strong market intelligence with a practical ground-execution approach.We are looking for highly driven people who are sharp with numbers, strong with research, and passionate about real estate.About the RoleAs our Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will play a central role in evaluating land parcels, conducting market and financial analysis, and supporting the end-to-end investment and acquisition process. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team on strategic decisions, feasibility studies, and identifying new opportunities across South India.This role is ideal for candidates coming from JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar real-estate consulting environments.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Modelling & FeasibilityBuild detailed Excel models including IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analysesEvaluate land and development opportunities across various asset classesAssess investment returns, risks, timelines, and overall project viability2. Market Research & InsightsConduct primary & secondary research on:Land pricing and transactionsMarket supply/demand trendsZoning, FAR, and regulatory frameworksUpcoming infrastructure & development corridorsTrack competitive projects and create benchmarking studies3. Land Analysis & Due Diligence SupportAnalyse inbound land leads for suitability, pricing, and feasibilitySupport due diligence with research, valuation inputs, and risk checksCoordinate with legal, technical, and government consultants when required4. Strategy, Reporting & PresentationsPrepare investment notes, summaries, and strategic briefsCreate structured presentations for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain internal trackers & databases for land, projects, and market data5.
