Managebudgets to deliver stellar ROI and efficient CAC. RunA/B tests, landing-page tweaks, and conversion-rate optimisation. Analyse & reportperformance via easy-to-digest dashboards; surface insights that move the needle. Collaboratewith leadership on funnel improvements and growth roadmaps. Stay aheadof performance-marketing trends and technologies. What Makes You a Great Fit 2–5 years hands-on performance-marketing experience. Proven track record scaling profitable digital campaigns. Expert with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, remarketing, and analytics tools. Strong analytical chops; comfortable drawing insights from complex data sets.
