Job title:Talent Acquisition (Ops Support) Experience Required:Freshers Location:Gurugram Shift:12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST Mode : HybridAbout the Role: You will play a critical role in supporting TA operations, pre-onboarding, and recruitment processes. If you love organizing, coordinating, and creating smooth candidate experiences, this is the perfect opportunity.Key Responsibilities: Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for selected candidates Communicate with BGV vendors and maintain accurate BGV trackers Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding-related queries Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll) to ensure Day 1 readiness Maintain regular communication with potential hires to keep them engaged Share company information and respond to candidate queries Support efforts to reduce offer dropouts and improve candidate experience Assist recruiters with resume screening and interview scheduling Update ATS/HRMS systems and maintain recruitment trackers Help organize hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in drives Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and documentation logsWhat We're Looking For: Excellent verbal & written communication skills Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience/internship Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficientlyLooking forward to discussing this opportunity with you!
