The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing theend-to-end recruitment lifecycle , includingjob postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring . The role involvesleadership hiringacrosstech and non-tech domains , with a strong focus onbuilding high-performing teamsin a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand business needs, craft effective hiring strategies, and ensure aseamless candidate experience . This is an exciting opportunity towork directly with the CEOand help build an“IPL team”of top talent across verticals.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Driveleadership hiringacross bothtech and non-tech roles . Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements. Develop and execute effectiveemployer brandingandcandidate engagementstrategies. Identify and attract high-quality talent through innovative sourcing methods. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring outcomes.Qualifications: Proven experience infull-life cycle recruitingandleadership hiringwith4-8 yearsofexperience. Background inconsultingand currently working in atech startupenvironment isa must . Strong understanding ofrecruiting processes ,interviewing , andhiringstrategies. Expertise inemployer brandingand talent outreach initiatives. Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills. Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration , or related field. Ability tothrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .Mindset & Energy Fit: High-energy hustlerwith a proactive and positive mindset. Not afraid toget hands dirtyand take on new challenges.
