Job Description:
Prepare and maintain computer labs for practical sessions.Install, configure, and update operating systems and required software.Assist faculty during lab sessions and examinations.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.Maintain inventory of lab equipment and software licenses.Ensure proper functioning of peripherals (printers, projectors, routers, etc.).Maintain lab records, usage logs, and maintenance registers.Ensure safety and discipline in the laboratory.Support students in understanding lab tools and environments.Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance when required.
