Creative Strategist – Meta AdsLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: ESTStart Date: Immediate Joiners OnlyAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance-driven advertising—someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and convert.This is a creative-first role, not media buying.You’ll own end-to-end creative strategy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)—from ideation and scripting to testing and scaling high-performing ad creatives, especially leveraging UGC (User-Generated Content).If you’ve worked with high-spend DTC brands, understand winning hooks, and can consistently generate converting ad angles—this role is for you.What You’ll DoLead creative strategy for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) across DTC brandsConceptualize high-converting ad angles, hooks, scripts, and storyboardsCollaborate with UGC creators to brief, iterate, and scale winning creativesWrite performance-driven ad copy tailored for paid socialAnalyze creative performance and continuously optimize based on dataWork closely with media buyers and growth teams to align creative with campaign goalsBuild and iterate on creative testing frameworks to identify scalable winnersOwn the creative lifecycle—from idea → execution → optimization → scaleMust-Have RequirementsProven experience handling high ad spend accountsStrong creative strategy & ideation skills (angles, hooks, concepts, scripts)Hands-on experience with UGC, static, and video ad creativesDeep understanding of the Meta Ads ecosystem and performance metricsTrack record of creating and scaling high-converting creativesExperience working with DTC / eCommerce brandsExcellent communication and briefing skills (fluent English required)Ability to think both creatively and analyticallyGood-to-HaveExperience at a leading ad agency or top DTC brandExposure to global markets (especially US audiences)Familiarity with creative testing and scaling frameworksWhat We’re NOT Looking For
