As a Modular Specialist at Happy Homez, you will be responsible for end-to-end design, from initial client briefing to the final technical handover.Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation:Understand client lifestyle, storage needs, and aesthetic preferences for kitchens, wardrobes, and vanities. Design & Visualization:Create high-quality 2D layouts (AutoCAD) and 3D renders (SketchUp/V-Ray/3ds Max) that bring concepts to life. ​Conceptualize:Create innovative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts. Technical Detailing:Prepare precise2D drawings and 3D renders (Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, and Full Turnkey)and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for production and site execution. Material Selection:Guide clients through hardware, finish, and material selections (Laminates, Acrylics, PU, etc.). Project Coordination:Liaise with the production team and site supervisors to ensure design accuracy during installation.Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp,V-Rayand any 3D rendering software. Strong knowledge ofmaterials, finishes, andmodular furniture hardware (Hettich, Hafele, Blum, etc.).
