The organization strives to foster excellence and create a dynamic work environment for its employees.Location: Delhi NCR (Preferably Gurgaon)Coverage: Pan-North reach for key accounts (travel required)Reporting: Director/Business HeadSeniority: 10+ years (strong network required)MissionWin pre-tender inclusion for a global battery brand by getting entry into:- Consultant / PMC specifications- Owner + EPC AVLs/QVLsCore responsibilitiesA) Consultant & Specifier Management (Primary)Build deep relationships with MEP consultants, PMCs, design heads, and spec writers in NCR + national consultant firms.Drive specification inclusion: Get the brand listed in standard tender schedules for DC UPS battery banks and substation DC systems.Run CPD-style technical sessions on battery lifecycle/TCO, thermal derating, ripple, failure modes, commissioning quality, FAT/SAT.B) AVL/QVL & Vendor Approvals (Owner/EPC)Own end-to-end prequalification: document submissions, audits, technical clarifications, commercial onboarding.Coordinate internal functions (quality, testing, legal, service) to close approvals fast.C) Ecosystem Alliances (UPS OEMs + EPCs + Integrators)Convert OEM relationships into specifier access (joint workshops, joint reference architectures, bid-support packs).
