Job Title : Senior Manager – Direct TaxQualification : CA (Qualified)Experience : 3 to 5 Years Location - FaridabadIndustry Mandatory : Big 4 (EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte)Reporting Manger : Chief Finance OfficerJob Roles & Responsibilities :-Finalization of Corporate Tax Returns/ Wealth Tax Returns/ TDS Returns for all legal entities in IndiaTax advisory on various tax issues and well versed with Domestic law i.e. Income Tax Act and International taxation involving interpretation of tax treatiesWorking knowledge of other laws such as FEMA, Companies ActIndependently handle assessment/reassessment proceedings including preparation of written submissions and representation before various income tax authoritiesIndependently handle DRP and Appellate proceedings including drafting submissions, research and representation before DRP and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)Assist in Appellate proceedings before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in drafting submissions, research and briefing counsels and representing the matterAct as a single point of contact, internally and externally, on all corporate tax mattersKey Qualities and experience Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesShould have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong work Ethics and Interpersonal skills for liaising with BU HeadsInterested candidate can share their resume on
